Basketball Recap: Texas Wind Takes a Loss

Texas Wind's tournament run continued when they took on Moody on Thursday. Texas Wind fell just short of the Moody Bearcats by a score of 39-37. Texas Wind has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Texas Wind's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Moody, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Texas Wind won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Itasca at 11:10 a.m. on Friday. Itasca will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Texas Wind surely won't give up without a fight. As for Moody, they will face off against Dawson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Moody is facing Dawson at the right time seeing as Dawson is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
