Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Carlynton). They put the hurt on the South Allegheny Gladiators with a sharp 8-0 win on Wednesday. It was an even better day for Riley Mauro as she scored three goals for her team.

The victory got Carlynton back to even at 1-1-3.

Looking ahead, Carlynton will head out to challenge Chartiers Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for South Allegheny, they will be playing at home against Bishop Canevin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
