Rodriguez came up big in Weeki Wachee's 68-14 win
On Monday Joelys Rodriguez was dialed in and scored 12 points along with six steals and two blocks. Considering what she did the last time these two duked it out (she scored 14 points along with five assists and five steals), Crystal River should've known better. As if that's not impressive enough, the match was her fifth in a row with two or more steals. For the season, Rodriguez has averaged 10.2 points, 3.7 steals, and 3.8 assists per match.
Rodriguez and Weeki Wachee won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Hernando at 7:30 p.m. on January 23rd. Weeki Wachee got just the result they wanted when they last faced Hernando, probably because Rodriguez had a great game then too: she scored five points along with eight assists.
