Basketball Recap: Strayhorn Takes a Loss

Strayhorn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 64-42 to the Potts Camp Cardinals. That's two games in a row now that the Mustangs have lost by exactly 22 points.

Strayhorn's record is now 0-12. As for Potts Camp, with the win, they broke their 18-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-17.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Strayhorn will head out to face off against Coffeeville at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Coffeeville knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Strayhorn likes a good challenge. As for Potts Camp, they will head out on the road to challenge Hickory Flat at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
