Westampton Tech's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 victory over the Holy Cross Lancers. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Westampton Tech's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Holy Cross, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Westampton Tech will head out on the road to face off against New Egypt at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Holy Cross, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 5-3 loss against Haddon Heights on the 9th.
