Volleyball Recap: Boerne Extends Winning Streak to Four

Boerne came tearing into Saturday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Southside Cardinals by a score of 2-0. The Greyhounds were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Cardinals, so the Greyhounds were just returning the favor.

Holly Reeder paced Boerne's offense, picking up eight kills. Reeder got some help from Lauren Magnus and her 24 assists. Kynsie Jones controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Boerne's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Southside, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Boerne has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against McCollum on the 23rd. As for Southside, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Harlandale on the 23rd.
