Softball Recap: Southeastern Comes Up Short

Southeastern was the 11-1 winner over Unioto when they last played one another on April 11th, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers lost 9-1 to the Shermans on Wednesday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southeastern saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gracie Brown, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.

Southeastern's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Unioto, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-8.

Coming up, Southeastern will head out to take on Westfall at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Unioto, they will welcome Fairfield at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
