Softball Recap: Delainey Neher Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Laville

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Columbia City, Bremen was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the LaVille Lancers get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Lancers: they've now won nine in a row.

Delainey Neher was a standout: she got on base in three of her five plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double. Emma Flora was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Bremen always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .605. The last time their OBP was this high was back in May of 2024.

Bremen's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-9. As for LaVille, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.
