Basketball Recap: Guntersville Finds Home Court Redemption Against Fairview

There's no place like home for Guntersville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They snuck past the Fairview Aggies with a 47-42 victory on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Guntersville's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Fairview, they dropped their record down to 7-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Guntersville will take on Arab in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fairview, they will be taking part in a tournament against Sardis at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday.
