Lewisburg pile up the points against Mifflinburg

Recap: Lewisburg Green Dragons vs. Mifflinburg Wildcats

The Lewisburg Green Dragons entered their tilt with the Mifflinburg Wildcats with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Lewisburg took their game at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 35-0 victory over Mifflinburg. Considering Lewisburg has won three matchups by more than 34 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lewisburg to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jeremiah Davis, who rushed for 99 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries. Davis is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Derek Asche, who threw for 149 yards and two touchdowns.

Lewisburg's victory bumped their record up to 5-5. As for Mifflinburg, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 5-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lewisburg will take on Montoursville at 3:00 p.m. on November 4th. Montoursville is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak. As for Mifflinburg, they will be playing at home against Warrior Run at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
