Fort Bend Hightower put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their undefeated season alive. They came out on top against the Cleveland Indians by a score of 4-1. That's two games straight that the Hurricanes have won by exactly three runs.

Bailie Holts looked comfortable as she pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Fort Bend Hightower's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Trinity Yates, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI. That's the most RBI Yates has posted since back in April of 2024.
