Basketball Recap: Spotswood Picks Up Tenth Straight Win at Home

It's playoff time, and Spotswood had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Northside Vikings by a score of 64-52 on Friday. This was payback for the Trailblazers, who suffered a 71-54 loss the last time these two teams met.

Spotswood's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 25-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.8 points over those games. As for Northside, they moved to 26-2 with that defeat, which also ended their 17-game winning streak.

Coming up, Spotswood will challenge Hopewell at 1:00 p.m. on March 15th. Hopewell will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Spotswood surely won't give up without a fight. Northside does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
