Clark found a leader in Felix Romero as the team took down Durango on Friday. Romero did his part (and then some), rushing for 183 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry for the 'W'. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 121 rushing yards per game.

Coming up, Romero and Clark will be playing in front of their home fans against Cimarron-Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Chargers are a perfect 3-0 against the Spartans going back to September of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
