Piedmont has enjoyed a six-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats challenges the Tahlequah Tigers on Thursday. Piedmont is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9 runs per game this season.

Piedmont is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Oklahoma's top teams: Edmond Memorial, who was ranked 19th in their home state at the time (Piedmont was ranked 21st). Piedmont had just enough and edged Edmond Memorial out 4-3 on Monday.
