Basketball Recap: Beacon Comes Up Short

Beacon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 60-33 loss at the hands of Laguardia. The match marked the Blue Demons' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Beacon's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Laguardia, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Beacon will venture away from home to face off against Graphics at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Laguardia and East Harlem will compete for holiday cheer at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
