Fulton extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Bre Knighten. The Hornets walked away with a 2-0 victory over the New Bloomfield Wildcats on Saturday for which the team can thank Knighten, who had seven kills, two aces, and one block. She has been hot for a while, having posted six or more kills the last 13 times she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Fulton took both sets by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-11.

Fulton's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for New Bloomfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Fulton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Fatima on the 13th. As for New Bloomfield, they will challenge Centralia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
