Smoky Mountain's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the East Henderson Eagles. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

While Smoky Mountain won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20, 25-22.

The victory got Smoky Mountain back to even at 3-3. As for East Henderson, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
