Softball Recap: Lee Williams Volunteers vs. Mohave Thunderbirds

Lee Williams lost against Mohave back in April of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lee Williams Volunteers suffered a rough 17-3 loss at the hands of the Mohave Thunderbirds.

Jade Russell was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with a triple and an RBI. Another player making a difference was Kami Cobanovich, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

On Mohave's side, Rilynn Bragg made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched five innings while giving up three earned runs off eight hits. Bragg was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 1-for-3.
