After a string of five wins, Fort LeBoeuf's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Harbor Creek Huskies. The Bison were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Huskies earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Fort LeBoeuf started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 9-25, 25-16, 25-19, 25-19.

Leading Harbor Creek to victory were Kayla Bresee and Bailey Sanfrotello. Bresee had 13 digs and two aces, while Sanfrotello had five digs and three aces. That's the most aces Bresee has posted over her last three matchups.

Fort LeBoeuf's loss dropped their record down to 6-3-2. As for Harbor Creek, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.
