Baseball Game Preview: Central Bulldogs vs. Carthage Tigers

The Central Bulldogs will head out to square off against the Carthage Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Central will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Mansfield, who they had gone 0-7 against in their seven prior meetings. Central walked away with a 5-2 victory over Mansfield on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday Carthage sidestepped West Plains for an 8-6 win.

Central now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Carthage, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
