The Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin Blue Devils will square off against the Centennial Chargers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.2 runs per game this season.

On Friday, Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin didn't have quite enough to beat Westville and fell 4-3. The Blue Devils haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

CHAZ DUBOIS and CRUZ DUBOIS did some serious damage despite the final result: CHAZ went 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI, while CRUZ went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. That triple was CHAZ's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Centennial's offense. They lost 6-0 to Normal Community on Wednesday. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Centennial saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dylan Keene, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Centennial, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin came out on top in a nail-biter against Centennial in their previous matchup back in April of 2023, sneaking past 6-4. Do the Blue Devils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Chargers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
