Basketball Recap: Clinton Takes a Loss

Clinton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 33rd straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 72-24 loss at the hands of the Anadarko Warriors. While losing is never fun, the Red Tornadoes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 320th, while the Warriors are ranked 44th).

Clinton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Anadarko, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

Clinton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-6 victory against ASTEC Charter on the 19th. Anadarko has also already played their next matchup, a 52-32 loss against Newcastle on the 20th.
