Baseball Recap: Beyer Extends Winning Streak to Three

Beyer won the last time they faced Pacheco and things went their way on Thursday too. The Patriots walked away with a 10-7 victory over the Panthers. The win was familiar territory for the Patriots, who have now won three games in a row.

Izaiah Ishihara was excellent, scoring two runs while going 3-for-3. John Capous was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-2.

Ishihara wasn't the only one making solid contact: Beyer kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That's a new trend for the Patriots: they were averaging 5.5 hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 matchups they've averaged 11.4.

Beyer's record now sits at 8-5. As for Pacheco, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.
