Softball Recap: Wyoming East Comes Up Short

Wyoming East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 16-1 to the Chapmanville Regional Tigers. The Warriors were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Wyoming East's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Chapmanville Regional, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Wyoming East will head out on the road to square off against Bluefield at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chapmanville Regional, they will face off against Ripley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
