Basketball Recap: Liberty Takes a Loss

Liberty was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 70-51 to the Glencoe Crimson Tide. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Crimson Tide apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Glencoe, with the victory, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-14.

When Liberty and Glencoe next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Liberty will square off against McMinnville and their eight-game winning streak at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Glencoe will try to stop Century's ten-game winning streak when the meet at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
