St. Cloud is 9-1 against Poinciana since November of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The St. Cloud Bulldogs will take on the Poinciana Eagles in a tournament on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Having struggled with six losses in a row, St. Cloud turned things around against Liberty on Tuesday. They never let the Chargers onto the board and left with a 6-0 victory. The contest marked the Bulldogs' most dominant win of the season.

Meanwhile, Poinciana can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. While the 4-4 score might suggest a draw, it was Poinciana who was credited with the victory. The win was all the more spectacular given their disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 477th, while the Kowboys are ranked 184th).

St. Cloud's victory bumped their record up to 4-6-1. As for Poinciana, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9.

St. Cloud skirted past Poinciana 1-0 when the teams last played back in November. Will St. Cloud repeat their success, or does Poinciana have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
