Softball Game Preview: Treasure Coast Titans vs. Jupiter Warriors

The Treasure Coast Titans will head out on the road to take on the Jupiter Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Neither Treasure Coast nor Jupiter posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Treasure Coast lost 11-1 to John Carroll Catholic on Wednesday.

Treasure Coast saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mia La Terra, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-3.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Jupiter's offense. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Palm Beach Gardens on Wednesday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Warriors haven't been shut out since back in March.

Treasure Coast has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season. As for Jupiter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-3.

Treasure Coast came up short against Jupiter in their previous matchup back in February, falling 8-3. Can the Titans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
