Soccer Recap: Boiling Springs Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Boiling Springs was not quite Spartanburg's equal in the second half on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 1-0. Boiling Springs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Spartanburg apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Boiling Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Spartanburg, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-6.
