Dundalk won the last time they faced Kenwood and things went their way on Thursday too. The Owls came out on top against the Bluebirds by a score of 3-1.

While Dundalk might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Kenwood scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-20, 18-25, 25-20.

Dundalk's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Madelyn McCue led the charge by getting seven aces.

McCue wasn't the only good server: Dundalk was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in four consecutive games.

Dundalk's record now sits at 2-3. As for Kenwood, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

After both having extra time off, Dundalk and Randallstown will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kenwood, they will head out to square off against Patapsco at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
