Baseball Recap: Douglass Takes a Loss

If Douglass was riding high fresh off their 13-5 takedown of Laurel last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Douglass Eagles came up short against the Flowers Jaguars on Wednesday, falling 10-4. The Eagles have struggled against the Jaguars recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meetings.

Douglass' loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Douglass will head out to face off against Parkdale at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Flowers, they will challenge Bowie at 11:00 a.m. on March 22nd.
