            The Fairview Apaches will take on the Lincolnview Lancers at 2:00  p.m.  on Saturday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Fairview is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Thursday. They blew past Wayne Trace 10-1. The Apaches might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six  runs or more this season.
 Elijah Arend and  Anthony Singer made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound,  Arend   didn't allow a single  earned run over four innings pitched. Meanwhile,  Singer   pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits. Arend has been consistent: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in eight consecutive appearances. At the plate,  Arend  went 2-for-5 with two  runs, two  doubles,  and one  RBI, while  Singer  went 3-for-5 with one  double and one  RBI. That's the most  hits  Singer has posted since May 1st.

 In other batting news, Fairview got a  massive  performance out of  Zane Timbrook, who  went 3-for-4 with four  RBI, one  run,  and one  double. Those  four  RBI gave  Timbrook a new career-high.  Cole Mack was another key player,  going 3-for-4 with two  runs, two  RBI,  and one  double.
 Fairview  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 18  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.
 Meanwhile, Lincolnview got the win against Patrick Henry  on Thursday by a conclusive  7-1.
 Fairview is  on a roll lately: they've  won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.9 runs over those games. As for Lincolnview, their win was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 14-5.
