Softball Recap: John Marshall Takes a Loss

John Marshall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 18-9 to the Steubenville Big Red. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

John Marshall now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Steubenville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. John Marshall will face off against Wheeling Park at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Steubenville, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Indian Valley at 12:00 p.m.
