Soccer Recap: Montgomery Central Comes Up Short

Montgomery Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the West Creek Coyote. Montgomery Central were not able to make up for their loss to West Creek from their previous meeting back in September of 2022.

Montgomery Central's goal came courtesy of Isabella Rivera, who's now up to five this season.

Montgomery Central now has a losing record of 6-7. As for West Creek, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-8 record this season.
