Baseball Recap: East Forsyth's Loss Ends Six-Game Winning Streak at Home

Thursday just wasn't the day for East Forsyth's offense. They fell just short of the Reagan Raiders by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-1 on Tuesday.

East Forsyth's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-5. As for Reagan, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 16-4.

East Forsyth didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-2 loss against West Forsyth on the 23rd. As for Reagan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 14-0 victory against R.J. Reynolds on the 23rd.
