Soccer Recap: Bland County Takes a Loss

Bland County fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Bath County on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Bath County this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in April.

Bland County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season. As for Bath County, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-7-2.

Bland County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bath County, they will face off against Auburn at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th.
