Volleyball Recap: Olympian Comes Up Short

Olympian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bonita Vista Barons. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Barons when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Olympian's loss dropped their record down to 8-25. As for Bonita Vista, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-13 record this season.

Olympian will venture away from home to take on Otay Ranch at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, Bonita Vista and Eastlake will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Titans will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Barons surely won't give up without a fight.
