Hibriten is a perfect 9-0 against East Burke since September of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Panthers will be playing at home against the Cavaliers at 6:30 p.m. East Burke took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Hibriten, who comes in off a win.

Hibriten barely beat East Rutherford the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Panthers put the hurt on the Cavaliers with a sharp 4-1 win on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what Hibriten needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for East Burke's offense. They came up short against Patton on Monday, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, East Burke can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 551st, while Patton are ranked 64th).

Hibriten's victory bumped their record up to 11-5-1. As for East Burke, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13-1.

Everything went Hibriten's way against East Burke when the teams last played back in September, as Hibriten made off with a 9-0 win. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Cavaliers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
