They fell 49-41 to the King's Academy Lions. One positive for the Generals, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Thomas Sumter Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for King's Academy, their victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Thomas Sumter Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Lee Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for King's Academy, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll square off against Conway Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. King's Academy is facing Conway Christian at the right time seeing as Conway Christian is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
