New Richmond faced Hudson in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Tigers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 7-1 to the Raiders, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, with their most recent loss being a 7-1 defeat on Tuesday.

New Richmond has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-5 record this season. As for Hudson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-4.

New Richmond didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 9-7 victory against Superior on the 16th. As for Hudson, they will welcome Hill-Murray at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
