Baseball Recap: Lincoln West's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Lincoln West's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They never let the Cleveland Central Catholic Ironmen get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Wolverines as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Dariel Murdock was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln West will welcome Lawrence Upper at 5:00 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Cleveland Central Catholic, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Garrett Morgan at 5:00 p.m.
