Mulvane waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Collegiate Spartans. The game was the first time the Wildcats have beaten the Spartans on their court since September 25, 2018.

Mulvane's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Collegiate, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.

Coincidentally, Mulvane and Collegiate will both be playing Arkansas City the next time they take the court. The Spartans will head out to face the Bulldogs at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Wildcats will play them later in the day, at 5:00 p.m.
