Soccer Recap: Space Coast Comes Up Short

Space Coast lost against Titusville back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Space Coast Vipers lost 4-1 to the Titusville Terriers. While losing is never fun, the Vipers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 436th, while the Terriers are ranked 166th).

Space Coast's goal came courtesy of Tony Allotta, who's now up to ten this season.

Space Coast's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Titusville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-3.

The future could be bright for both Space Coast and Titusville: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Space Coast will try to hand Astronaut their third-straight defeat when the two meet at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Titusville will try to hand Merritt Island their third-straight loss when the two meet at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
