Softball Recap: Florence Gets the Win

Florence barely beat Tharptown the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Falcons never let the Wildcats get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory on Thursday. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Florence's victory bumped their record up to 15-23. As for Tharptown, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 13-19.

Looking ahead, Florence is taking a road trip to square off against Bob Jones at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Tharptown, they will take on Lexington at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
