Volleyball Recap: Norris Has No Trouble Against Hastings

Norris's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Hastings Tigers 3-0. The Titans haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Norris was: they took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-12, 25-12.

Alli Bornschlegl paced Norris' offense, picking up 16 kills. Bornschlegl got some help from Malorie Boesiger and her 29 assists. Boesiger was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Norris' victory bumped their record up to 32-1. As for Hastings, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-23.

Coming up, Norris will square off against Lincoln Lutheran on Tuesday. As for Hastings, they will challenge Elkhorn at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
