Basketball Recap: Bruce Takes a Loss

Bruce was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were outmatched by the New Auburn Trojans and fell 56-16. The Red Raiders were not able to make up for their loss to the Trojans from their previous meeting back in January.

Bruce's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for New Auburn, their victory was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Bruce will face off against Flambeau at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. As for New Auburn, they will host Cornell at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. New Auburn is facing Cornell at the right time seeing as Cornell is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
