Volleyball Recap: Mohave Accelerated Takes a Loss

Mohave Accelerated was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Kingman Academy Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 8th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-7, 25-10.

Mohave Accelerated's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Kingman Academy, they pushed their record up to 8-5 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Mohave Accelerated will take on rival Highland Prep West at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Kingman Academy is set to square off against their familiar foe Glendale Prep Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
