Baseball Recap: Pathfinder RVT Beats Commerce for Their Third Straight Win

Pathfinder RVT barely beat Commerce the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Pioneers put the hurt on the Red Raiders with a sharp 13-7 victory on Friday. 13 seems to be a good number for the Pioneers as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Grayson Griswold and Edward Szostek did most of the damage at the plate: Griswold scored three runs and stole nine bases while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances, while Szostek scored two runs and stole eight bases while going 3-for-4. Brayden Mega was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing four bases while going 3-for-5.

The victory was the third in a row for Pathfinder RVT, bringing their record up to 3-0.
