Franklin is 9-1 against Eastlake since November of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Franklin Cougars will welcome the Eastlake Falcons at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Franklin will head into Friday's match on the come-up: they were handed a heart-breaking two-point defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Socorro on Friday. Franklin was the clear victor by a 54-30 margin over Socorro. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Eastlake had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 47-39 win over Socorro on Tuesday.

Eastlake's win came from a few key players Franklin will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Karina Ramos- Jurado, who posted 12 points and six steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Alana Drayton, who earned 11 points and five boards.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Eastlake, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 17-11.
