Basketball Recap: Empire Comes Up Short

Empire and Amber-Pocasset squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Empire had to settle for second. They came up short against the Amber-Pocasset Panthers, falling 49-25. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Empire's defeat dropped their record down to 20-3. As for Amber-Pocasset, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 22-1.

As of now, neither Empire nor Amber-Pocasset have any future games scheduled.
