Fort Atkinson barely beat Jefferson the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Blackhawks put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Blackhawks this season.

Fort Atkinson never let Jefferson on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 26-24, 25-20.

The victory made it two in a row for Fort Atkinson and bumps their season record up to 8-17. As for Jefferson, their defeat ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-15.

Coming up, Fort Atkinson will take on Marshall in a tournament on Saturday. As for Jefferson, after both having extra time off, they and Delavan-Darien will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
